How to apply for sports on SerbFestDC 2018

  1. Fill application form(s):

  3. Pay participation fee

    2. In “Donation amount” enter $10 individual (shot put) or $100 per team (soccer / tug of war);

    3. In “Additional comments or questions related to this donation” enter “#serbfestdc #sport #{team or individual name}”

  5. Fill and sign a waiver:

      1. For team sports ALL players need to sign individual waivers

    3. Due before competition starts!
