With the end of the year quickly approaching, we would like to take this opportunity to once again ask you to please remember our St. Luke parish when deciding on your charitable donations between now and the end of this year.

All your donations to our church are tax-deductible expenses that may also reduce your taxable income and lower your tax bill.

In addition, we ask that you consider these other great ways to help our church:

  • When hosting Slava and holiday celebrations, request that guests make a donation to our church, online via the web site or via check, in lieu of bringing a gift.
  • As you do your holiday shopping online at Amazon.com and make purchases throughout the year, the Amazon Smile Foundation will automatically donate 0.5% of all your eligible purchases to our church. Simply use the following Amazon link:  https://smile.amazon.com/ch/82-3650722.
  • If you are at an age where you must take annual required minimum distribution withdrawals from an individual retirement account (IRA), and you do not need that distribution for living expenses, you can avoid paying income tax on the required withdrawal by directly donating all or part of that IRA distribution to our church (we are an eligible charity). Speak with your financial planner as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.
